Salem Shooting Suspect Harley Lem Higgs  Arrested

Salem, Mo. murder suspect Harley Lem Higgs has been slapped with a second-degree murder charge for the death of David Woodall. The shooting occurred on Friday, August 20, 2021, in Dent County, Missouri. According to Woodall’s girlfriend, the shooting followed an argument between the two men.

Higgs argued he shot Woodall after he became violent and pushed another man in the house. He said he was afraid Woodall would come after him. He described the deceased as ‘someone who yells and bullies everyone.
