South Kona car crash death of William Rowan – Obituary

57-year-old William Rowan has died in a fatal South Kona car crash that occurred on Monday, November 15, 2021. It happened at about 8 p.m. on Mamalahoa Highway when the 1988 Jeep Cherokee that William was driving south on the highway lost control and went off the road.

In an attempt to set the vehicle back on the road, he oversteered, causing the vehicle to roll over multiple times, throwing him out of the vehicle.

William was taken to Kona Community Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
