62-year-old Brian Golliday of St. Louis, Missouri has died in a fatal Lufkin 18-wheeler crash that occurred on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. It happened at about 4:30 a.m. when the 18-wheeler drive through an Autozone store located on Timberland Drive.

According to official reports, the vehicle went off the road at an intersection and drove the store and only came to a stop after hitting multiple trees at Kiwanis Park.

The vehicle also down some powerline, leaving about 900 homes without power.

The driver, Brian Golliday, has been described as having a history of heart problems. It is suspected that the crash may have been caused by a medical episode.

The accident remains under investigation and an autopsy has been scehduled.
