Mint Hill gas station shooting death of Jayla Symone Barnett of Charlotte – Obituary
18-year-old Jayla Symone Barnett of Charlotte has died in a fatal Mint Hill gas station shooting that occurred on Thursday, April 14, 2022. The shooting happened at about p.m. on Albemarle Road.
According to official reports, the shooting happened following an altercation that Jayla Symone Barnett had with the shooter.
Jayla was found in a vehicle with severe bullet wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting.
