Dylan Judd, 28, died in a fatal Miamisburg shooting that occurred on April 6, 2022. Tony Smith, 27, of Miamisburg has been indicted in connection with the shooting that occurred in the 1100 block of Pearl Street.
According to official reports, officers arrived at the scene of the shooting to find Dylan Judd, 28, with severe bullet wounds. He was lying in a pool of his own blood when officers arrived at the scene.
Police say he had sustained severe bullet wounds to his head and was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting.
The shooting is under investigation and more details will be made available.
