China Maine car crash death of Peter Fernald Jr. – Obituary
63-year-old Peter Fernald Jr. has died in a fatal China Maine car crash that occurred on Saturday, April 16, 2022. The traffic fatality happened at about 12:30 a.m. on the Neck Road and also left another person injured.
According to official reports, Peter was a passenger in a vehicle that was being driven by 48-year-old Bruce Bourget of China, Maine.
At some point, the vehicle went out of control and rolled, throwing Peter Fernald Jr. out. He sustained severe injuries to which he succumbed at the scene. The driver, Bruce Bourget, remains in hospital with injuries described as critical.
The accident is under investigation and more details will be made available.
