Missing man Franklin Shaves Hines, 29, of Spartanburg was found dead on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. The body was found in the area of Cross Anchor and Enoree, off Old Highway 146 in Spartanburg County.
Franklin was reported missing on Sunday, April 10, 2022. Investigations are ongoing and so far, the actual cause of death has not been made available.
