Albemarle N.C. shooting death of Benjamin David Plyler – Obituary
33-year-old Benjamin David Plyler has died in a fatal Albemarle N.C. shooting that occurred on Thursday, April 14, 2022. 32-year-old Quinton Darby Harris, of Union County, has been arrested in connection with the shooting that happened at about 1 p.m. on Monza Drive at a residence.
Officers arrived at the scene of the shooting to find Benjamin with severe bullet wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Quinton Daryby is being held in the Stanly County Jail under no bond.
The shooting is under investigation and more details will be made available.
