Stillwater Oklahoma shooting death of Ray Aufleger – Obituary
Ray Aufleger, 25, died in a fatal Stillwater Oklahoma shooting that occurred on 12th Street on Thursday, April 14, 2022. The shooting was the result of a confrontation that started inside the Headline Barber Shop in the 1200 block of South Main.
According to official reports, Ray Aufleger was involved in an altercation with other people. The altercation was taken into the parking lot before Ray got into his vehicle and drove off, heading east on 12th Street.
It was at this point that someone opened fire at his vehicle, striking Ray and leaving him with severe bullet wounds. The shooting caused the vehicle to crash.
The suspect in the shooting was shortly located in the barbershop but has for now not been formally charged.
The shooting is under investigation and more details will be made available.
