Genevieve Barciszewki of Mt. Vernon – obituary
75-year-old Genevieve Barciszewki of Mt. Vernon was found dead in Washington County inside a burning vehicle at the St. Michael’s Cemetry at about 1:20 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
According to official reports, Genevieve’s body was found after a citizen noticed a burning vehicle in the cemetery.
Officers arrived at the scene and found Genevieve already deceased. She was identified using dental records because her body was badly damaged.
The cause of death is still pending and more details will be made available.
