Karl Wallace has been arrested and charged in connection with the April 3 shooting death of Troy Gross. According to official reports the shooting happened in the 2500 block of West Patapsco Avenue at about in West Baltimore.
Officers arrived at the scene of the shooting to find Troy Gross with severe bullet wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his bullet wounds.
On April 6, 2022, officers were able to secure an arrest warrant for Karl Wallace. He was placed under arrest on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
The shooting is said to have been the result of a quarrel that Karl Wallace had with Troy Gross. At some point, the argument turned violent when they both exchanged gunfire.
The shooting is under investigation and more details will be made available.
