Monday-April 18-2022 St. Joseph River car crash death of Phillip Hickman of South Bend – Obituary
Phillip Hickman, 58, of South Bend has died in a fatal St. Joseph River car crash that occurred on Monday-April 18-2022.
A witness informed an officer at McNaughton Park about the car that had just drove into the lake. It took almost 3 hours for rescuers to get the automobile out of the water.
At the scene, Hickman was pronounced deceased. There was no one else in the car.
