Stephen V. Holguin of Elgin has died in a fatal Plato Township car crash that occurred on Saturday, April 16, 2022. The crash happened around 42W107 Plank Road at about 6 a.m. when the Volvo S80 that he was in crashed into an embankment.
The vehicle rolled, ejecting Stephen and leaving him with severe injuries to which he succumbed at the scene of the accident.
