Calgary Saddle Ridge shooting death of Hisham Ahmed – Obituary
Hisham Ahmed was killed in a shooting late Wednesday, April 20, 2022, in Saddle Ridge, northeast Calgary.
Calgary police identified the victim as Hisham Ahmed, 24, following an autopsy on Thursday morning.
Several complaints were received by police concerning gunshots fired on Saddlecrest Boulevard soon after 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to a police release, officers discovered evidence of a shooting and a guy with what looked to be a fatal gunshot wound.
Police trying to locate a dark-colored 2003 to 2006 GMC Sierra pickup with aftermarket headlights and an exhaust system that was spotted departing the site shortly following the incident.
