Orange County car crash death of seniors Joe Serhan and Joyce Serhan – Obituary
Authorities have identified two persons killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Orange County on Wednesday.
Joe Serhan, 77, the driver of the 2021 Hyundai passenger vehicle, and Joyce Serhan, 79, a passenger, were declared deceased at the site. They were both from Westminster, Colorado.
At least two persons were hurt in the incident, which stopped down Interstate 10 westbound around mile marker 858, east of the Neches River, for over three hours.
According to DPS, one of the cars involved in the incident was a 2004 Ford SUV that was going in the inside lane when its rear left tire blew out.
According to DPS, the driver lost control of the car and was hit by a 2015 Dodge Pickup truck going in the middle lane.
