South Solon OH shooting death of Sylvania woman Alexandra Goins – Obituary
A 29-year-old Sylvania woman was fatally shot in this Madison County village on Sunday, according to the county sheriff’s department.
According to a Facebook post by the sheriff’s office on Wednesday, Alexandra Goins was identified as the victim of the shooting, which occurred at 8:45 a.m.
Deputies were en way to the village when they discovered that another car had come into the Jefferson Township Fire Department in Fayette County with a victim who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
“Despite the use of life-saving efforts, the person was pronounced dead,” according to the report.
Zachary Warnock, 34, of South Solon, was identified as the shooter by deputies. He was booked into Mechanicsburg’s Tri-County Regional Jail.
