Peruvian Embassy shooting death of Gordon Casey of Germantown MD – Obituary
Police identified a 19-year-old Maryland man, Gordon Casey, of Germantown, as the invader killed at the Peruvian ambassador’s residence in Northwest D.C. on Saturday, April 23, 2022.
Gordon Casey, of Germantown, Maryland, was shot by Secret Service personnel Wednesday morning after being discovered smashing windows with a metal rod at the Ambassador’s residence, according to Metropolitan Police. The police provided no information on a probable motive for the crime.
Around 8 a.m., residents phoned police to report a guy who had broken and destroyed many windows in the back of the property in the 3000 block of Garrison Street, Northwest. According to the police, it is unclear if the man entered the house.
