San Jose shooting death of Lucas Mathew Ramirez Torres – Obituary
SAN JOSE, Calif. — After being slain in a shootout last week, a Los Banos man was named as San Jose’s eighth homicide victim of 2022.
Authorities rushed to the 13000 block of Pfeifle Ave. about 6:08 p.m. on March 16 in response to a report of a gunshot. Before police arrived, individuals on the scene transported 28-year-old Lucas Mathew Ramirez Torres to a local hospital with a single gunshot wound. When Torres arrived at the hospital, he was pronounced dead.
There has been no identification of a suspect, and authorities are presently investigating the motivation for the shooting.
San Jose’s eighth homicide victim of the year was killed in this incident.
