Camden County shooting death of Alvin Redd – Obituary
According to officials, Alvin Redd was killed and another was injured in a shooting that occurred on Friday, April 22, 2022.
According to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, police responding to 911 reports reporting a shooting discovered Alvin Redd, 25, lying injured on the 400 block of West Park Avenue at 8:10 p.m.
Redd, a Lindenwold resident, was declared dead at Jefferson Hospital-Stratford about 40 minutes later.
Redd was a Lindenwold High School alumnus and father of three, according to social media posts about his death.
The gunfire also injured a second victim, who has only been named as a 29-year-old Camden male. According to the prosecutor’s office, he later arrived to the Stratford hospital for treatment.
