Salina shooting death of Chad Lee Jarrad Devinny of Salina – Obituary
The Salina Police Department is seeking a man who is considered armed and dangerous in connection with an ongoing homicide investigation that began with a reported automobile collision early Wednesday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the vicinity of Front Street and Gypsum Avenue at 12:25 a.m. for a probable injury collision, according to Captain Paul Forrester.
When officers arrived, they discovered a deceased white man, Chad Lee Jarrad Devinny, in the passenger seat of a green 200 Mercury Grand Marquis. No one else was in the vehicle, and the victim looked to have been shot.
The Salina Police Department is aggressively investigating this case as a homicide, and Anthony has been formed as a suspect.
Quentin Lopez-Garcia is a person of interest in the investigation.
