Winnipeg house fire death of Steven Andrew Mingo – Obituary
The corpse of a man discovered in a Flora Street residence following a fire is now being investigated as a homicide, according to Winnipeg police.
Steven Andrew Mingo, 30, of Winnipeg, has been identified as the victim.
The victim was discovered by Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service after responding to a fire in the two-story apartment in the North End around 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
