St. Louis Godfrey car crash death of Bruce Edwards – Obituary
A motorcycle rider, Bruce Edwards, was killed in a collision near Godfrey on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
According to the Madison County coroner’s office, Bruce Edwards lost control of his motorbike at Seiler and Humbert roads and crashed near Lewis and Clark Elementary School shortly before 9 p.m.
Edwards was declared deceased at the spot. He was 34 years old at the time.
Early indications from the site suggest that speeding and wet conditions may have contributed to the incident. At the moment, Edwards was wearing his helmet.
