Lakewood OH car crash death of Josephine Sever – Obituary
According to authorities, a Lakewood lady, Josephine Sever, was pronounced dead following an early-morning accident on Saturday.
According to a news release from Lakewood police, Josephine Sever, 55, died in the fatal collision that occurred at 1:30 a.m. on Cove Avenue near Clifton Boulevard.
Officers arrived to find a 2021 Mitsubishi Lancer and a 2019 Kia Sportage that had collided at the junction, according to police.
The Mitsubishi Lancer, driven by Sever, was going south on Cove Avenue when it came to a halt at the flashing red light at Clifton Boulevard, according to police.
She attempted to cross Clifton Boulevard and was hit by an unidentified guy driving an eastbound Kia Sportage.
According to authorities, paramedics transported Sever to MetroHealth, where she died as a result of her injuries.
