Worthington Street shooting death of Karmari Alexander – Obituary
The Hampden District Attorney’s Office has identified Karmari Alexander, 21, of Springfield as the man who was shot and died on Worthington Street in Springfield a week ago.
Karmari Alexander, 21, of Springfield, was killed.
Officers discovered him suffering from a gunshot wound in the 1000 block of Worthington St. after being called to the site for shots fired. This occurred sometime after 10 p.m. on Friday, April 15th.
Alexander was taken to Baystate Medical Center, but he died as a result of his injuries.
There has been no arrest in connection with this homicide, according to police.
The Hampden District Attorney’s Office and the Springfield Police Department are both investigating.
