Clarke County Retreat Road car crash death of Nicole Gray – Obituary
The Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal Clarke County Retreat Road car crash that caused the death of Nicole Gray. The accident happened on Tuesday, April 19, 2022,
According to official reports, at around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, a 2015 Jeep Cherokee was driving south on Retreat Road west of Winchester, At some point, the vehicle went off the right side of the road. Before coming to a halt, the Jeep collided with a mailbox, a telephone pole, a tree, and five parked automobiles, leaving Nicole with severe injuries.
The driver, Nicole Gray, 33, of Nashville, Tennessee, was wearing a seatbelt and was not harmed in the incident. A passenger, Michael Ables, 34, of Bluemont, Virginia, was thrown from the Jeep and killed at the scene.
