Union County car crash death of Stephen Lee Jennings – Obituary
A music instructor was killed in a car accident in Union County on Friday, April 22, 2022. The accident happened on Whitmire Highway close to Clairmont Road. Involved in the wreck were two cars.
One of the drivers of the automobiles was pronounced deceased at the site. Stephen Lee Jennings, 31, of Union, was recognized by the coroner’s office.
Jennings was a first-year music teacher at Sims Middle School, according to Union County School.
Jennings is married with two children.
Counselors and faith-based leaders were on hand at the school to assist kids and teachers.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Union County Coroner’s Office are still investigating the collision.
