West Chicago car crash death of William Hernandez – Obituary
William Hernandez, a Bartlett man has been identified as the victim of a tragic two-vehicle incident in West Chicago on Friday, April 23, 2022.
Authorities said William Hernandez, 45, died Friday at the hospital where he was transported following the incident.
West Chicago officers responded to an accident involving two cars on Prince Crossing Road at about 2 p.m. Friday, according to police.
According to a Facebook post by West Chicago police, both drivers were taken to a local hospital.
The road was closed for many hours as DuPage County’s Metropolitan Emergency Response and Investigations Team (MERIT) investigated the collision. The inquiry into the crash is still underway.
West Chicago police provided no more information.
