Those who knew the Duluth family slain in a murder-suicide this week are asking the community to a public vigil on Sunday, April 24, 2022. The vigl is planned to be held outside the family’s house.
On Wednesday, April 20, 2022 officers responded to a request for a welfare check and discovered the victims.
The victims have been named as Sadie Lucille Barry, 9 years old, and Shiway, 12 years old. Elizabeth Barry, 44, Riana Lou Barry, 44, and Sean Christopher Barry, 47, were all pronounced dead. The shooter in this case, Brandon Taylor Cole-Skogstad, 29, also shot himself.
Cole-Skogstad was identified as Riana and Sean’s nephew by police.
