Trenton NY pedestrian-car crash death of Michael W. Grems of Frankfort – Obituary
The New York State Police in Marcy are investigating a deadly truck and pedestrian incident that happened on April 24 near Trenton. The fatal wreck caused the death of Michael W. Grems of Frankfort.
According to a NYSP news statement, just after midnight on April 24, a 2003 Ford pickup truck driven by 45-year-old James J. Alsheimer of Cold Brook was going east on Route 365. At some point, the vehicle hit Michael, leaving him with severe injuries.
Michael W. Grems, 47, of Frankfort, was named as the pedestrian. Grems was declared deceased at the spot from injuries sustained in the fatal wreck.
According to early evidence so far, the victim was walking in the dark and unlit roadway when he was struck by the vehicle.
