Cayce shooting death of Officer Drew Barr – Obituary
Officer Drew Barr has been identified as the person pronounced dead following a fatal Cayce shooting that occurred on Sunday, April 24, 2022. According to official reports, the shooting happened at about 2:48 a.m. during a domestic incident.
At 11:30 a.m., Cayce Police Chief Chris Cowan delivered a briefing.
Cowan stated that a seven-hour dialogue with the suspect concluded when the individual killed himself after shooting the officer fataly. Austin Leigh Henderson, 36, has been named as the suspect.
