Somerset County shooting death of William Brink – Obituary
William Brink, 24, of Salisbury, has been identified as the man killed in a fatal Westover MD shooting. The shooting happened in Somerset County on Monday, April 25, 2022.
The officers involved in the shooting have been identified as follows:
Sergeant Kevin Goepfert – Somerset County Sheriff’s Office, 13-year veteran currently assigned to the Patrol Division Deputy First Class Anthony Jackson – Somerset County Sheriff’s Office, a 3-year veteran currently assigned to the Patrol Division Corporal Jason Dykes – Maryland State Trooper, 17-year veteran currently assigned to the Criminal Enforcement Division
