Mangilao car crash death of Albert John Carriaga II Wells – Obituary
Albert John Carriaga II Wells, 25, was pronounced dead from injuries sustained in a fatal Mangilao traffic accident involving a car and a motorbike in Mangilao on Wednesday afternoon.
Albert John Carriaga II Wells, 25, was transferred to Naval Hospital with CPR performed en route before being declared dead from his injuries.
The Guam Police Department’s Highway Patrol Division conducted the investigation, which resulted in the arrest of A-Last Akitekit, 21.
