Old East Dallas shooting death of Carlos Galindo and Rocio Carrillo – Obituary
According to authorities, a lady died after being injured in a gunshot that killed a man earlier this month in Old East Dallas. Carlos Galindo and Rocio Carrillo have been identified as the man and woman who succumbed to their injuries but on different dates.
Around 2 a.m. on April 10, Dallas police responded to reports of shooting in the 3200 block of Jerome Street, near Interstate 30, where they discovered three persons shot. Carlos Galindo, 36, was declared deceased at the hospital.
The lady, named as 37-year-old Rocio Carrillo by police and public records, was rushed to a hospital in critical condition, according to authorities. Carrillo died on Saturday, according to the Dallas County medical examiner’s office, where her first name was reported as Marisol.
Another man, whose identity was not revealed, was unharmed on the day of the incident.
According to public records, the shooting occurred outside Carrillo’s home.
