Wichita car crash death of David Fuentes – Obituary
WICHITA, Kan. — The victim of a deadly single-car collision in north Wichita on Saturday night has been identified.
At 10:05 p.m., David Fuentes, 26, of Wichita, died in a car accident in the 2900 block of N Broadway.
Fuentes was driving a silver GMC Sierra northbound on Broadway when he lost control of his vehicle, according to the Wichita Police Department (WPD). He then collided with the train rails, forcing him to overturn. Fuentes was thrown from the vehicle.
He was discovered on the side of the road with serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the spot.
Police in Wichita think speed was a role.
An investigation is now underway.
