Warwick car crash death of Ryan Van Winkle of Warren RI – Obituary
WARWICK, Rhode Island (WPRI) – The names of the deceased and suspect in a fatal rollover collision in Warwick on Saturday morning have been published by the Rhode Island State Police.
Police were summoned to I-95, just north of the Route 4 onramp, at 10 a.m. for a reported collision.
Matthew Yoder, 39, of Newport, was murdered as a passenger in the pickup truck involved.
Ryan Van Winkle, 31, of Warren, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Life of Another.
He was arrested at Rhode Island Hospital and is scheduled to appear in court again on Monday for a formal arraignment.
The crash is still being investigated.
