Nashville car crash death of Stephen Bartousek Jr. – Obituary
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE – Stephen Bartousek Jr., 73, of Nashville, was killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday night in the 1400 block of Dickerson Pike.
Bartousek was driving south on Dickerson Pike just before 6:30 p.m. when his 1997 Chevrolet Astro van exited the road to the right and collided head-on with a power pole. Bartousek was not wearing a seatbelt at the time.
