Diamond Bar car crash death of Ana Cruz-Sanchez – Obituary
A lady was killed in a collision between a vehicle and a large truck on the Pomona (60) Freeway near Diamond Bar on Sunday.
According to the coroner’s office, Ana Cruz-Sanchez was a 29-year-old Rialto resident.
The incident happened shortly after 6 a.m. on the eastbound highway, near the Grand Avenue off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Cruz-Sanchez was declared dead at the scene, according to the coroner’s office.
At 12:24 p.m., a Sigalert issued at 6:27 a.m., closing all eastbound lanes save the carpool lane, as well as the connecting road from the eastbound 60 Freeway to the southbound Orange (57) Freeway, was canceled.
