Tulsa Oklahoma car crash death of Brittnee Brinkley – Obituary
TULSA, Okla. (AP) – On Sunday morning, a lady was killed in an automobile accident on the IDL in downtown Tulsa.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), Brittnee Brinkley, 27, was killed after the Ford Fusion she was driving collided with a Budget Rental vehicle driven by a 36-year-old Oklahoma City man about 3 a.m.
Brinkley was traveling west on I-244 approximately a quarter mile east of North Detroit Avenue.
According to the OHP, Brinkley died at the scene as a result of his severe injuries.
The truck driver was taken to Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa for treatment of his injuries before being released. He was strapped into his seatbelt.
It’s unclear if Brinkley was wearing her seatbelt.
