Sumner County car crash death of Samson Mitchell – Obituary
SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. – The victim who died in a fatal collision in Sumner County on Saturday has been identified by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
Tony Mitchell, 55, was declared dead at the scene after being thrown from the passenger seat.
THP reported that the driver, Samson Mitchell, 20, was heading westbound on State Highway 25 when he went off the right side of the road. According to the report, he hit a ditch, rolled several times, and landed upright facing eastbound.
Samson Mitchell was also hurt in the accident. According to THP, charges are pending.
