Kenton Portland car crash death of Andrew Michael Bachman – Obituary
Andrew Michael Bachman, 21, was identified as the driver killed in the collision. His death has been reported to his relatives. The investigation found that the car driven by Bachman was traveling eastbound on Columbia Blvd in the center turn lane at a high rate of speed.
As it reached the junction of North Peninsular Avenue, the car entered the westbound lane of traffic and collided with the other vehicle head-on. All five members of the family in the vehicle were wearing seatbelts and were shortly released from the hospital.
Bachman’s passenger was likewise treated and released from the hospital.

The Major Collision Team is investigating a deadly crash on North Columbia Boulevard in the Kenton Neighborhood.
North Precinct police responded to a complaint of an accident near North Columbia Boulevard and North Peninsular Avenue on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 2:23 p.m. When they arrived, they discovered two automobiles involved.
On the site, one individual died. One individual fled, but was apprehended nearby and sent to the hospital with injuries. There were five people in the other vehicle, three of them were youngsters. Everyone was taken to the hospital. Their terms are not provided.
