Big Marine boat accident death of Tony Boyce of Hugo and Richard Gannon of Centerville – Obituary
One of the men killed in a watercraft accident on Big Marine Lake near Scandia on Friday was a former Mora High School standout pitcher who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Tony Boyce, 55, of Hugo, was one of two men killed in a boating accident on Big Marine Lake near Scandia on April 29, 2022. Just before 2 p.m., the guys lost control of their boat after leaving the landing on Big Marine Lake.
Tony Boyce, 55, of Hugo, and his companion, Richard Gannon, 45, of Centerville, were murdered when their boat lost control shortly after leaving the Big Marine Lake dock just before 2 p.m. Friday, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
