Hardin County car crash death of James Rasnick of Roundhead – Obituary
HARDIN COUNTY, TEXAS — The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office verified that a James Rasnick of Roundhead was pronounced dead following a two-vehicle collision on state Route 67 on Monday, May 2, 2022, in the morning.
According to the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, James Rasnick, 48, of Roundhead, was declared dead at the scene of the collision Monday after his car was hit by a semi-truck at 6:45 a.m.
According to a news statement from the sheriff’s office, Rasnick, who was driving a Mazda west, drove off the right side of the road and back onto eastbound territory, where his car was struck by an eastbound semi-truck. The truck driver, James Wade of West Mansfield, was not hurt.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is still looking into the collision.
