Kokomo Ind. shooting death of Jaylen Reed – Obituary
WISH (WISH) – KOKOMO, Ind. The Marion County Coroner’s Office has identified the 17-year-old Kokomo teenager who was shot and murdered by his younger brother, according to authorities.
Jaylen Reed was shot twice in the 200 block of Rainbow Circle in Kokomo on Saturday afternoon.
Reed informed police that his 14-year-old brother shot him before fleeing.
He was sent to Indianapolis’ Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, where he died.
Reed’s younger brother was spotted and apprehended approximately a mile away from the location of the shooting by police.
