North Charleston shooting death of Joseph Wright Jr. – Obituary
(WCIV) – CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. Joseph Wright has been identified as the male murdered in a shooting that occurred early Monday, May 2, 2022, in the morning. It happened in Ladson at about 1 a.m.
Joseph Wright Jr., 18, of North Charleston, died from his injuries just after 1 a.m. at Summerville Medical Center.
According to authorities, Wright was shot at the Harborstone Apartments in Ladson. A witness informed police that he heard gunshots and subsequently heard a lady scream in the 7000 building.
The North Charleston Police Department is looking into the fatal gunshot.
