Missoula bicycle-car crash death of Vincent Burrafato – Obituary
MISSOULA – Authorities have disclosed the identity of a biker who died after being hit by a car in Missoula on Monday afternoon.
Vincent Burrafato, 77, of Missoula, was killed in the accident near the junction of Orange Street and South Third Street West, according to Missoula County Sheriff TJ McDermott.
“During this extremely sad time, our sincere condolences go out to the family and friends,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
According to the Missoula Police Department, the bike was heading northbound on the southbound sidewalk along Orange Street when the collision occurred.
The mishap occurred soon before 2 p.m.
In a social media post, MPD stated that “at this time, no charges are being suggested.”
