St. Louis County car crash death of Sylvia Twigger of St. Louis – Obituary
Sylvia Twigger of St. Louis has been identified as the person killed in a fatal St. Louis car crash that occurred on Friday, May 6, 2022.
Sylvia Twigger, 89, of St. Louis, was identified as the driver of a Nissan Rogue that crossed the center line and collided with another vehicle at Reavis Barracks Road and Lemay Ferry Road around 3:50 p.m. on Friday.
Twigger was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, but he died. Twigger may have had a medical incident previous to the collision, according to St. Louis County Police.
According to police, Twigger’s automobile crossed the center line eastbound on Reavis Barracks Road and collided with a Hyundai Santa Fe.
