Beaverton shooting death of Levi Benjamin Pierce – Obituary
Levi Benjamin Pierce has been identified as the man killed in a fatal Beaveryon shooting that occurred on Saturday, May 7, 2022. The man was shot by his roommate.
Officers from the Beaverton Police Department responded to a complaint of a weapon assault at 8:40 p.m. They discovered a guy with a gunshot wound, identified as Levi Benjamin Pierce, 37.
Pierce was rushed to the hospital and died as a result of his injuries.
Austin Bryan Sutton, 34, his roommate, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. On Saturday morning, he was still being held at the Washington County Jail. Sutton is also charged with possessing a firearm.
The two guys lived at a house on Southwest Macorey Court in Beaverton’s Highland district, just west of Hall Boulevard.
Police provided no information regarding the shooting’s circumstances.
