Liberty TWP car crash death of Debra A. Halsey of Forest Park – Obituary
Pedro Leyva has been identified as the person killed ina fatal car crash involving a Lakota school bus.
Debra A. Halsey, 61, of Forest Park, was the driver of a black 2019 Chevrolet Cruze that was hit in the incident on Monday morning near Millikin Road and Fieldstone Farms Boulevard.
The reason Halsey crossed the yellow line into oncoming traffic is unknown, according to police.
