Winner SD car crash death of Fredrick Whiting Jr. – Obituary
Fredrick Whiting, Jr. of Winner has been identified as the person killed in a fatal Winner SD car crash that occurred on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
In a 2004 Ford F-150 truck, Fredrick Whiting, Jr. of Winner was driving north on 314th Avenue when he lost control at the junction of 275th Street and 314th Avenue and rolled. He was thrown from the vehicle because he was not wearing a seatbelt.
Whiting, Jr. was declared dead on the spot.
The collision is being investigated by the South Dakota Highway Patrol, and all information is preliminary.
