New York shooting death of Douglas Jones – Obituary
35-year-old Douglas Jones has been identified as the person killed in a fatal Queens NY shooting that occurred on Saturday, May 21, 2022.
NEW YORK — New York City has lost another victim to gun violence.
A gunshot occurred shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday in the LeFrak City complex in Corona, Queens.
Douglas Jones, 35, was discovered unconscious in a stairway on the 17th level.
Jones was shot in the head and declared dead at the scene, according to police.
There have been no arrests thus yet. It’s being looked into as a murder.
